I’ve been in the field for 11 years, specializing in trauma for the last 6. I know what works and how to get the healing you crave.

  • “Taking a chance on Claire Parker during a difficult time in my life turned out to be one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. During my senior year of high school, I was battling anxiety, depression, and an eating disorder, feeling completely lost and unsure if I’d even make it past 20. Now, at 22, I’m a happy, confident woman working my dream job and more comfortable in my own skin than ever … Claire helped me find genuine happiness, something I once thought was impossible. I wouldn’t be who I am today without her guidance and care, and I’m incredibly grateful for everything she’s done for me.”

  • “Claire was very helpful in providing me with the guidance and tools I needed to stand up for myself and protect my peace in times that I usually forgot to. She created a comforting and open environment that allowed me to feel safe and open up. During our time together we focused a lot on controlling my mental load and learning to navigate all of what life has to offer, especially the bad and difficult parts. Claire played a major role in my learning to allow myself to take a step back for a moment and ask myself if something is right for me.”

  • “I have been seeing Claire for years now and she has always remained kind, thoughtful, and dedicated to helping me get what I want and need out of therapy. She approaches topics with sensitivity and thoughtfulness, always ensuring my comfort … She lets me set the pace whilst remaining motivated to make progress. It has been important to me to have someone through all stages of life; I can pick right back up where I left off and have her objective viewpoint to serve as an empathetic, inquisitive, and constructive presence.”

Why spend another day …

→ Clamming up during heart-to-hearts, sending "I'm fine" texts when you're anything but, or using humor as a shield every time feelings get real because vulnerability is scary.

→ Flaking out of everything at the last minute to avoid connection, to the point that it’s now a running joke with your friends and colleagues.

→ Ghosting group projects, letting that promotion slide, and never volunteering ideas because the idea of a flop – or even just a faux pas – freaks you out.

→ Doing whatever you’ve gotta do to steer clear of difficult memories, from muting sad songs that bring back the feels to having one too many to drown out the past.

→ Hammering yourself over every little imperfection, from a slightly awkward handshake or to a misplaced comma.

→ Just generally feeling “meh” about yourself.

Meet Your Therapist.

Hey, I'm Claire Parker, LCSW.

And this is Rosie, my therapy dog. She’s an expert at dishing out emotional support, whether that's with a gentle nuzzle or simply chilling by your side. If you'd like her to join us during our sessions, just let me know!

I’m here for you—all of you. Whatever your story or identity, you're welcome here. I think clients would describe me as unpretentious and authentic—definitely not your standard clipboard-and-nod type of therapist. I believe therapy should feel like a real conversation, not a stiff session. I'll check in with you, switch things up, and do whatever it takes to help us move forward.

You’ve been through enough already. Welcome to a space where you can just be yourself, where healing happens at your pace, and where laughter is just as important as tears.

Let’s navigate this path together.
